What is Agrocom?
An easy-to-use fresh produce ERP for fruit and vegetable traders and cooperatives: fruit intake and dispatch, traceability, grower settlements and customer invoicing.
Does the grower sign the goods received note?
Yes. The intake is recorded with the grower's signature on the tablet, and the signed note is then printed.
Do I need pre-printed CMR forms?
No. Agrocom generates the CMR for each dispatch automatically.
How are growers settled?
With the settlement wizard and the average price screen, which you can adapt to your preferences.
What traceability does it cover?
That of the fruit and of the materials in contact with it, transparently.
Does it prepare the Intrastat declaration and Soivre reports?
Yes. Agrocom has Intrastat reports ready for filing the declaration on the Spanish Tax Agency website, with the statistical value of the goods calculated. It also has Soivre reports.
Does it meet the requirements for invoicing systems?
Yes. It complies with Article 29.2.j of Spain's Ley 58/2003, General Tributaria (General Tax Act), and the Reglamento de Requisitos de los Sistemas de Facturación (RRSIF).
Does it include accounting?
Yes, as an optional module compatible with the SII (Spain's real-time VAT reporting): automatic journal entries, direct connection with the SII and Spanish VAT form 303 and income tax forms 111 and 190.
Can I work from a tablet?
Yes. Packhouse management is done from a mobile device: delivery note lines, dispatches, handling, packaging materials and purchasing.
