What the SII is and how Spanish VAT is reported
The Suministro Inmediato de Información (SII) is the way VAT record books are kept on the Spanish Tax Agency's e-portal: instead of filing them at the end of the period, invoice details are sent shortly after invoices are issued or received.
It was introduced by Real Decreto 596/2016, of 2 December (BOE of 06/12/2016), from 01/07/2017. It is mandatory for anyone who files VAT monthly, such as large companies, businesses on the monthly refund register (REDEME) and VAT groups. Everyone else can opt in voluntarily through their census declaration (declaración censal).

Accounting is an optional Agrocom module, developed by Infonet. If you'd rather keep your accounting software, that's fine: without the module, Agrocom exports the data to ContaPlus.
Journal entries start from the invoices in the invoicing wizard and from the grower settlements, so your accounts reflect exactly what you see in the rest of Agrocom.
